{"id":9979,"date":"2021-11-30T09:49:10","date_gmt":"2021-11-30T08:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sesc.cat\/sobre-el-sesc\/informacio-consultes-telematiques\/"},"modified":"2021-12-24T13:09:20","modified_gmt":"2021-12-24T12:09:20","slug":"informacio-consultes-telematiques","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sesc.cat\/en\/about-sesc\/informacio-consultes-telematiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Telematic inquiries information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These inquiries will be managed by the team of veterinary pathologists and experts in animal health that is part or collaborates with IRTA-CReSA.<\/p>\n<p>Service management:<\/p>\n<p>Inquiries will be managed through the service email:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 200px;\"><a href=\"mailto:suport.escorxadors@irta.cat\">suport.escorxadors@irta.cat<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Information to include:<\/p>\n<p>The meat inspector who makes the inquiry must fill in all the fields of the form to avoid omitting useful information for the identification of the problem.<\/p>\n<p>The form includes the following information:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identification of the person making the inquiry (My profile section):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishment.<\/li>\n<li>Regional services.<\/li>\n<li>Health authorization number.<\/li>\n<li>Inspector&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n<li>Telephone contact.<\/li>\n<li>Email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Description of the problem:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal species.<\/li>\n<li>Official trademark (or REGA code) of the farm of origin<\/li>\n<li>Municipality<\/li>\n<li>Region<\/li>\n<li>Province<\/li>\n<li>Number of animals affected<\/li>\n<li>Breed, sex and age of affected animals<\/li>\n<li>Description of the problem; must include:<\/li>\n<li>Organ\/s affected<\/li>\n<li>Extent\/severity of condition<\/li>\n<li>Macroscopic description<\/li>\n<li>Suspicion of the veterinarian sending the consultation<\/li>\n<li>What is your inquiry?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recommendations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is recommended to attach digital images of the lesions that will reach\u00a0 SESC as email attachments. The form allows this option.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the character of the inquiry must be specified. If it is an URGENT or NON-URGENT consultation. In the first case, an attempt will be made to give an answer within 24 hours from the moment the inquiry is recieved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All emails sent through the form will be directed to the mailbox of suport.escorxadors@irta.cat through which an initial evaluaiton of the inquiries will be made, which will be then redirected to the experts who can answer them with better criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The response will be sent by email to the email address specified in the form and with a copy to the emails indicated by the department that contracts the services of the SESC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These inquiries will be managed by the team of veterinary pathologists and experts in animal health that is part or collaborates with IRTA-CReSA.
