In any case, the ulcer allows the entry of bacteria into the anterior eye chamber and this would cause the hypopyon.<\/p>\n<p>Other possible causes of ulcerative keratitis are: neurogenic (due to lack of esthesia in the cornea), infectious (<em>Pseudomonas<\/em>, herpesvirus &#8230;), fungal or  by <em>Clamidophila<\/em>.
