All the lesions observed (kidney, liver, heart and lymph nodes) were constituted by a single round cell neoplastic proliferation. The presence of lesions compatible with mycobacteriosis was ruled out. Immunohistochemical characterization allowed to classify the tumour as a T cell lymphoma.<\/p>\n
