Los n\u00f3dulos corresponden a islas residuales de tejido hep\u00e1tico en regeneraci\u00f3n. Se establece un diagn\u00f3stico morfol\u00f3gico de <strong>cirrosis hep\u00e1tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La cirrosis es una fase final, irreversible, de diferentes procesos patog\u00e9nicos que conllevan muerte celular de hepatocitos (necrosis o apoptosis) e inflamaci\u00f3n activa con fibrosis cr\u00f3nica.
