Ens arriben mostres de nòduls limfàtics mesenteric d'un vedell d'origen francès de 10 mesos d'edat de raça frisona. Els inspectors descriuen lesions d'aspecte caseós, d'uns 5-7cm de diàmetre, coloració verdosa i que crepiten al tall. (EV)

It says i mised the histopathological study and the PCR and mycobacterial culture gave a negative result. Only I can not see thise things…
Thanks for taking the challenge. Once you submit your answer the final diagnosis is disclosed. The answer must be based only on the macroscopic iamges (we are aware that sometimes these are not enough for a definitive diagnosis, this is actually the point of this quiz).
