Slaughterhouse support network

The slaughterhouse support network,  SESC, is a continuing educational tool for meat inspectors from the Public Health Agency of Catalonia (ASPCAT). The nework is managed by IRTA-CReSA in collabortion with UAB's Veterinary Faculty.
