How does SESC work?!

Here's a graphic summary of how does SESC, the slaughterhouse support network, works (acronym from catalan Suport ESCorxadors). A continuing education tool for the official slaughterhouse meat inspectors of the Public Health Agency of Catalonia, managed by IRTA-CReSA in collaboration with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the UAB.
