In a Friesian, 11-month-old, male calf carcass from a fattening facility in Segrià (Catalonia), but originating in the Czech Republic, lesions were observed in the lung, tracheobronchial lymph node and mediastinal lymph node. (EV)

Lesió granulomatosa crònica, encapsulada al parènquima pulmonar.

Chronic lesion, encapsulated in the lung parenchyma.

EL nòdul limfàtic traqueo-bronquial es trobava augmentat de mida i a la secció presentava aquesta lesió.

The tracheobronchial lymph node was enlarged and on section it presented this lesion, with decreased consistency in the center.

El nòdul limfàtic mediastínic caudal també presentava una lesió de característiques molt similars.

The caudal mediastinal lymph node also presented a lesion with very similar characteristics.
