Insect bite dermatitis
The morphology of the lesions together with the microscopic observation of a perivascular eosinophilic inflammatory infiltrate is highly suggestive of insect bite dermatitis.
This lesion alters the organoleptic characteristics of the skin, but does not pose a public health risk.
Fragments of skin with multiple rounded, reddish lesions and with a dark point in the center.
