What is your diagnosis? (16)
In a 6 months old, crossbreed pig carcass multiple nodular whitish lesions, of miliary distribution, between 1 and 2 mm in diameter were observed in the liver.

Interesting case. Just goes to prove that on gross exam you should always have a complete differential list.
