Nodular lesions in the rib bones of a 2 years old pig

Histopathology revealed an exophytic neoplastic proliferation with formation of well diferentiated cartilaginous tissue with ossification, forming normal osseous trabeculaes with osteocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts and even normal bone marrow tissue.

A diagnosis of osteochondroma was established.
