What microorganism was cultured from this lesion?
In a 4 months old lamb carcass a color change of the right apical lung lobe was observed, it was darkened and had a hardened consistency.
Apical right lung lobe. Darkened and hardened (cut in the image).
The lesion from the opposed side. The pleura is also involved and the tracheobronchial lymph node is enlarged.
