In a batch of lambs white renal lesions of different sizes (from 1mm to 1cm) can be seen, which, when cutting the kidney, can be observed to affect the entire thickness of the renal cortex.

Presence of whitish spots of varying size in a batch of lamb kidneys.

 

When opening the kidney it is appraised how the lesion affects the entire cortex thickness.

 

Detail of one of the kidneys with the most extensive lesions.

 

Other lesions are smaller and focal, but still affect the entire thickness of the cortex.

    I think it is interstitial nephritis
