In a 6-month-old pig carcass, multifocal whitish nodular lesions are observed in the spleen, liver and lung, as well as lymphadenomegaly of several lymph nodes (including mesenteric, submandibular, and thoracic). (EV)
Multifocal whitish nodules in the spleen up to 1 cm in diameter.
The lung also had widespread multifocal whitish nodules.
The liver lesion had a more miliary appearance, with smaller nodules.
The tracheobronchial lymph node was enlarged and hemorrhagic in appearance.

el”cas semblant” de l’enllaç es tracta d’una mucormicosi, però en aquest cas es tracta de mycobacterium avium? Estem davant d’un cas de tuberculosi porcina?

Les lesions als limfonodes són gairebé patognomòniques, o això tinc entès.
Són força característiques, però no patognomòniques. Diferents agents que provoquen lesions granulomatoses poden donar lesions similars.
