Multiple cystic lesions in the liver of a mixed breed, 6 months old sow . The lesions are widespread in the liver and show a clear liquid content.
Multiple intraparenquimatous cysts in the liver.

The lesion presented in this case consisted of congenital biliary cysts . Of 25 responses only 16% were accurate. Macroscopically these lesions, due to their intraparenquimatous location, were compatible with hydatidosis, so this had to be included in the differential diagnosis, as occurred in 68% of the responses.
La lesión presentada en este caso consistía en quistes biliares congénitos. De 25 respuestas sólo un 16% han sido acertadas. Macroscópicamente estas lesiones, por su localización intraparenquimatosa, eran compatibles con una hidatidosis, por tanto, había que incluir este diagnóstico en el diferencial, como ha sucedido en el 68% de las respuestas.
La lesió presentada en aquest cas consistia en quists biliars congènits. De 25 respostes només un 16% han estat encertades. Macroscòpicament aquestes lesions, per la seva localització intraparenquimoatosa, eren compatibles amb una hidatidosi, per tant, calia incloure aquest diagnòstic en el diferencial, com ha succeït en el 68% de les respostes.
